2009/9/17 Ver 1.2 Improved auto focus performance for the subject in low contrast. Decreased operational noise of the autofocus in Motion Picture Recording for H-H020 lens. (In order to minimize the operational noise of auto focus, the autofocus operation speed is reduced in motion picture recording.) Improved the stability of AE (Auto Exposure) control for H-ES045 lens (to be introduced in Oct., 2009).

to 2 The speed reduction of AF during the shooting fits me not synonymous, here, the 1.1 update has brought benefits (the AF just works with the super fast) 1.1 in video mode. I will also use the H-H020 non lens anyway.
to 3 The H-ES045 comes to me is not synonymous to the house or s.The GH1 - hence no need.
Well - this may indeed be clear: With each new lens GH1 needs a new update or how to understand this.
The GH1 "runs" really well together with the 14-140mm, etc. after the 1.1 (sauschneller AF in movie mode). Before I import now new problems / update times, I forgo the update. . .

Thanks for the "rumor Note" - but now no one really needed, here it only dealt with the already published Firmewareupdate 1.2 of Panasonic for the GH1.
But you have to give your all, synonymous with mustard, synonymous if it did not fit at all;)
