I have found myself already several options that work across Genlock on the Internet, but they are usually impractical, since I needed for each TV, the genlock, a PC and the software.

So, the TVs are connected via satellite and cable with the source. I've been thinking about a central synonymous Einspeißung, but then the user could choose no longer allows the transmitter.
The best would be an external device, through which one einspeißt the TV signal and on the network receives the information. These are then placed over the current program. But have as yet found nothing.
