On which system is running smoothly and quickly m2ts?

Dear filmmakers,
on my current PC system (see signature) high-resolution m2ts files run very slowly and verruckelt. Probably my current PC components are not suitable!
Under what conditions (memory, processor, operating system, etc. ..) would Magix Video Deluxe my m2ts files play quickly and smoothly edit, render to Mpeg2 convert etc. ..
The best way would be for me in this regard, a laptop that I use for movie editing would really ONLY! What qualities he would need for a fluid and smooth video playback and editing m2ts-have? And what does such a system is about?
