I'll shortfilm's been about two years, and the like. Nothing professional. But I realize that I come across with borders s.meine my knowhow. FOLLOWING:
inspiration of shows such as MTV or Viva la Bam-Cribbs I was in the midst of an ongoing scene, the picture freeze, the central staff, cut the background and the human umkolorieren balloons and Italy.With a bear until two or animations. I have to ge-captured images of the films, and then processed with photo programs like I was doing.
However, as I have in the film trilocale, showed it all a bisschken unlike geplant______ the picture was blurred and I could hardly read the writing of the balloons and ähnlliches.

Apart from that, if it were interesting, with what program you're working. The effects are addressed with the right program (AE, Combustion ,...) that is a snap. If you are limited as to the Paint and Windows Movie Maker is more strenuous.

I use - magic batch converter to convert - Virtual dub add to, etc. - Premiere to cut (but only since about 6 mon synonymous.) - Previously with movie maker (now the mist I'll come to me 'n bissl Noobi ago) - Einzelbildbearbeiten to the paint shop - I'm now working inside because of lack of English in MagixVideoDeluxe (which, admittedly, the leap from the rad to lichtgeschindikeit geichkommt)

Hmm ... I'm sorry, no experience with them to create such effects with a patchwork of programs and can tell you so synonymous offer any assistance.
If you reject your videos quickly and "just" want to make with flashy effects, which require such masks, then I can tell you how in my first post mentioned above, only advise on proper compositing switch Programs. The best known program of this kind is Adobe After Effects. If you look to attend to and familiarize yourself a few hours you can even cobble together all sorts of fine things ...

In principle the following way. Frame rausrendern> Photoshop bearnbeiten in different layers. Then again, back into Premiere. The individual layers in the Photoshop file put on different tracks and animate.
What's needed is not necessarily After Effects. Indeed makes it easier, but is so synonymous.
