following: If I export my clip as an avi file and I want to look at him, he has a poor quality because the entire image is distorted such acts.

Avi can be so much more: it is a Cotainer file. That's why you'll have to be a bit more talkative, and specify the exact export parameters. You talk of a distorted picture? Pixel aspect ratio into account?
