Hi All, I have an essay on Ähnlichekeiten in science-fiction film shoot in the architecture to interior impression the domes of San Carlo and Sant'Ivo architect Borromini in Rome write (see pictures). Does anyone know about it as random or knows someone like movies that are not free of such architecture? Riddick was found to have little and will minimally in the last Star Trek movie (Star Wars Episode 1 was synonymous included). But that's me all too little. Would really appreciate if someone there knows what! Thanks in advance!

This is a recording vertically upward in a dome, not a "spaceship corridors"!

Similar Architecture ..... can then shoot on the page are synonymous, and serve as a spaceship, and speed must not just serve again as dome ..... I think as Dekid hats already recognized.

Nope, not just go, or only as Stillimage! As soon as you try to install this picture as a video, that is moving with (changing) perspective, hauts just no longer there! Well ...

Similar architecture ... is not the synonymous meaning in the broadest sense .... And then I building this dome have just lying down and stretched out, and after a tunnel reminiscent of the architecture of the dome s.The me ..... but serves as a spaceship corridor .....

Maybe I would address myself to the essay a bit synonymous of the search for an exact film copies. I would rather ask: What does such a huge dome translated? Why so big? Why so high? Why is this insane effort? As can be seen metaphorically such a dome and the sacred building?
Since it is for me is more about things like: Power Dominance -Intimidation

In Baroque architecture is, of course, about power, domination, intimidation. From the perspective of the clients is that is always a question of synonymous when a "conservative" Bauhaus villa or a Gehry-friendly soft ice-house at first sight, nothing to do with power architecture to have. A tower (Babel) is, as Wolf Schneider in his Man, outlining a career convincing, a provocation to the neighbors, a finger, an aggressive phallic symbol, hate stony (Ground Zero).
It is characteristic of Baroque an "Everything is permissible". The two domes are very different, could be theoretically from completely different eras of completely different builders. Together, they have that much pomp as possible is developed in a confined space (the word "development" could describe the baroque world view very well). ) The classic (and their rebirth in contrast is rather strict and reduced to the important, stylized. So it is (architecture or art in general) to classical principles, but with a lot of fuss, ornaments, knick-knacks.
Film itself is sometimes called a Baroque art form. Everything is allowed, and all the other art disciplines as well as directions are plundered mercilessly, all aimed at sensationalism. In Star Wars, I'm just off, and the other suggestions I'll still synonymous reinziehen whilst taking into Metropolis and 2001 is now not just current movies ... the latter is of course the classic guide and such. The corridors of spaceships and even space ships I will be bringing in any event with. Blade Runner I've already borrowed synonymous. Sorry, never seen, but from clips I could remember me with similar architecture. The significance of the dome of Borromini, of course, I bring synonymous and include a role in each shoot. Just want to halt erstmal have as much reference material as possible ... but Danke schon mal!
