Hey, With the move to HD requires a PC meon synonymous few new hardware .. ;)
He currently consists of: - An Intel Core2Quad Q6600 (4 * 2.4 ghz) - Only 2GB DDRII RAM - 1.5 TB hard drive are newest - A nvidia 512mb 9600gt pcx - And an asus p5k motherboard
I must begin with the upgrade as I see it clearly in memory. Here is my question, what is worthwhile. I did not have much money. working memories with which I get a good price performance at a reasonable?
second question is, what you can do s.prozessor. running of the cut quickly avchd high to 100%. As with graphics cards you can have a second switch to or is it possible to overclock it with a program or the like.
Money for a new system I'm currently not, so I ask, how can I optimize my pc cost.

You can tuck in well more memory, depending of your operating system (32 or 64 bits have) You here a limit (32 bit = 3.5 GB max) or not (64 bit).
No matter what you will you take for memory, a special performance boost you will not get of him. A particularly high-speed difference between DDR2 667er and 800 or 1066er s.sich is hardly present (10%) - the cost but you can feel all the more.
The mass of the store may make more sense - but often only a difference if you have vornerein of too little. An upgrade of 512 MB to 4 GB is the difference huge - in your case, an upgrade will be hardly noticeable.
Much more would make a faster processor from the Penryn 45nm series. The fits in your motherboard synonymous with Socket 775 (discontinued model). However, this would be the speed increase depending on the processor between 10-25%. The cost would be but still quite high.
In the long run you will get a good speed increase only with a new system consisting of MAINBOARD, CPU and RAM (DDR3, because most of the newer boards do not support DDR2).
You could then look around you for a Core i7 system (total cost about 600, -), a Core i5 (about 400 - to 500, -) or AMD AM3 (Phenom II 955 CPU).
Some even support DDR2 AM3 mainboard, you would thus save you the investment in new storage. The cost for such a system would then be about 250 ¬.

So you mean that a sale of my motherboard, CPU and Ram is the much meaning? Do you know approximately how the difference would be I would have to pay!? So as much as I would for my motherboard, CPU and Memory get around.
Similarly, if it were real nice if you could give me a concrete example for an i7 system.
This sounds very theoretical yet so I would need completely new s.als Calculator or NEN!?

You need only certain parts of it. Power supply, case, drives and hard disks could keep you. The graphics card can stay.
Against such a "complete packages" You should take you to eight - as does the price / performance ratio does not usually. Look out for times when single component suppliers such as "Mindfactory" around and compare the Prices.

If you want to make the Q660. So clean the CPU .. I would have every interest.
