I have folgenedes problem: I have a movie made with the Canon HV 20th Have rotated to HDV (film thus 16:9), but recorded in PAL and synonymous cut (with Premiere 7 Pro). The problem: The top black bar wobbles round. The lower seat as 1st ne Do you know what I've done wrong?

Can not tell thee what thou hast done wrong, but you could premiere in a black bar over it if not put too much wobble ... (Was I think somewhere in the effects of this, right?)

To how much "shaking" it? if it is only 1 pixel / a line is horizontal, this sounds quite a problem caused by interlace.

Presumably you've done nothing wrong, because the unclean, the upper bar, I know for DV recordings synonymous (several camcorder tested). Pruning the Picture simply the top row and then it's good.
