I wanted a VHS tape to play on my PC. At the same I 2: The first has a Sapphire Radeon X800 GTO ² with VGA, DVI and S-Video The second has a Leadtek WinFast A280 LE TD with the same connections.
Cabling: The VCR hangs a Scard adapter. There are 2 audio cables on it, and either an S-video - or video or cable (the yellow stop), then what about a return to Male S-video is converted. Audio comes in the line-in. When I press play, I hear the sound of the synonymous videos, so there is already no problem.

The central question is really: Did your cards have a video input?
The fact that when connecting the camera to the PC recognizes nothing is clear. It is an analog device. Since all the wonderful work the automatic detection does not .... (It makes genausoweinig "pling" when your PC Headphones s.den followed or Microphone)
These issues have been discussed here several times already. Search a bit later ....

After a little googling: both cards have TV-Out. With a normal TV card, it should not be a problem.
