new here and even a video frischling ... hab grad tries, three of movies get a vhs to a dvd to ... I know there gibts extra equipment, but I did not and it is urgent! in the computer as they are already. avi, but ... Two of the films (4min/20min) I did it to mpeg2. the third (45min), turn on the pc out of work just after the half, no preference whether premiere or freeware. my system (not very secure video-capable): laptop 2.4 GHz, 1024 RAM, source file is located on an external disk, connection via firewire. What do I FALSCHMACHEN?? Who can help?

To simply exclude the possibility of failure times to be able, I would copy the movie onto the internal disk and try it out of there. Or not enough space?

What heist the "PC turns off"? All gone, or he goes on a standby or ...? It is a SchleppTopp, which usually have some form of energy control. At half time the Battery, after a certain frequency of the processor or the hard drive switches off after a certain time s.oder ... I would then look up times.

Check out your paging file, if on C: is garnix free to give kanns problems. If everything nothing helps to make Memtest32, maybe you have a memory problem.
