Hello, times I wanted to ask whether it is normal that the / my XM1 after some time [in the will-not, however, settings are made] starts to beep like a countdown art [the first time I actually expected the explosion:)] and is then simply shutting down? if so, can the rules for off somehow change / improve? thank you in advance and nochn schönes wochenende The Dude

The beeping seems to me strange, but automatic shutdown is normal in two cases: 1) The battery is empty. 2) There is a tape inserted, but it is not included. To head drum and tape to spare, turn the camcorder after a few minutes.
