gz mg50e not properly unmounted usb-device = Broken?

hello people I happened yesterday that I mean gz mg50e not properly unmounted had the win and has since been in a state of the cam can not be changed:
If I start the cam, she wants to make the usb connection again "connection" and then gives a wrong turn off "connection error" and away again.
I have tried unsuccessfully since then all this: - Reset the cam - Away from the current - Reconnect s.usb port
no idea what's going on, but it can not be that the cam is because sowas in the bucket! I will probably s.montag the manufacturer / importer must ask. I think there was geschlampt in the firmware!
someone has experienced similar effects? what was the solution?

the problem has corrected itself:
s.usb but there was no additional batteries s.den which obviously do not have a data chip.
Interestingly, there are these errors only when neustart. s.netz when I plugged the camera and then disconnect the power supply and battery on the next pursuing, there is no such errors ... neustart until the next time.
