Hello, I would like to have my VHS tapes of VCR to the PC through play. But I use the Belkin USB DVD Creator as Capture. The S-Video and RCA input synonymous. First, I have it with the S-Video Cable tries, there came no video signal, then I have a RCA cable and the videos were only black and white to. Which DVD recorder do you have? If the real S-Video output or do you work with a SCART to S-Video adapter?
Without a true S-video output with adapter and it is a matter of luck if it has S-video works.
With the VHS recorder RCA connection to the Belkin USB DVD Creator, you should look at the control software of the Belkin USB DVD Creator see if you are between the S-Video and RCA input switch can.
