ATEM Constellation Mixer.Blackamgic&s ATEM Constellation mixers come in a compact rackmount design with an integrated control panel, and feature an integrated display on which program output is shown and on-screen menus for changing mixer settings. Functions such as the keyer, media loading and fade can be controlled directly from the front panel. At the rear of the mixer are 3G-SDI- 12G-SDI inputs, aux outputs, and connectors for balanced audio and Ethernet for control. RS-422 ports for serial control and MADI ports for digital audio are also provided on the two 4-M/E models. ATEM Constellation mixers are designed for use at concerts, live sporting events and music festivals, for example, when the action is captured by multiple cameras from different perspectives. Compositing with multiple layers can be created using the four DVE processors. ![]() Blackmagic ATEM 4 M/E Constellation 4K Mixers of the ATEM Constellation family are equipped with a different number of independent outputs depending on the model. It is possible to independently route any SDI input or internal source to any SDI output e.g. to route separate feeds to stage screens, master recorders or streaming processors. All SDI outputs include the signals for program audio, RP-188 timecode, SDI camera control, tally and talkback. For live streaming, the USB-C port on an ATEM Constellation acts as an ordinary 1080p webcam to any streaming software for maximum complete compatibility, when in fact it is a live production mixer. ![]() Blackmagic ATEM 4 M/E Constellation 4K The mixer&s internal multiviewer is used to monitor multiple sources on a single screen. ATEM 4 M/E Constellation are equipped with four independent multiviewers. All external SDI inputs and all internal sources can be assigned to any windows. Each multiviewer can be set up for 4, 7, 10, 13 or 16 simultaneous views respectively. Tally borders, source labels and VU meters can be displayed as overlays in each view. The red or green tally border of each view represents at a glance which sources are currently on air.
