The app
3C Pocket Cinema Camera Controller from CDA-TEK can remotely control and monitor the main features of Blackmagic Design Pocket Cinema Cameras with virtually any Bluetooth enabled Android device, including access to aperture, ISO, shutter angle, white balance, and focus & zoom with compatible lenses.
The new version 1.4 now supports the Tilta Nucleus-Nano Wireless Lens Control System. With this you can focus via Bluetooth native and EF-adapted lenses wirelessly. And all this without sprockets, focus motors or an additional external power supply.
Since the control is wireless "by wire" (attention: Wortwitz!), the focus path is also extended with AF lenses, which actually have a rather short rotation angle.

The app still costs 13.99 Euro and is only available for Android (not iOS). Unfortunately there is still no demo version available to try out if the app works. Buyers of an earlier version will get the update for free.
