Oscar 2019 Winners: Almost all shot on ARRI except 1: Canon EOS for Best Documentary

ARRI had already proved to be the lonely leader in the best feature film and best cinematography categories for both analogue and digital productions in our news about the films nominated for the Oscars 2019 at most used camera system. Sony and RED were not even represented in these categories. If you now look at the winners of ALL Oscar categories, all were shot on ARRI - with one exception:

The Oscar winner for the best documentary film was mainly shot on Canon EOS C300. Canon had also been strong in the documentary category for the moninated ones, which were all shot on Canon cameras from 5D to C300.
