Especially for multi-camera productions Pomfort released Livegrade Studio (macOS) today. Livegrade Studio is a new tool designed to make the handling of live camera signals in multi-camera setups simple and intuitive. Several live streams can be monitored, recorded, adjusted and switched.

Livegrade Studio offers features such as a novel router that interactively changes the signal paths of the various video inputs and outputs to eliminate the need for manual rewiring. Routing presets can also be saved for automation. The video streams of the different cameras can of course also be recorded - users can manually start and stop the recording of individual cameras or define groups of cameras and then have them automatically recorded, the recording status of each camera is displayed in an overview. Images from the recordings can be displayed parallel to the live images to adapt the look of the production and keep it consistent.

The live streams can also be graded in real time using the special grading interface and secondary color correction tools and functions such as lift, gamma or gain. Professional video scopes are also available for image analysis and adjustment, including waveform, vectorscope and histogram. Livegrade Studio also supports HDR workflows through intelligent HDR / SDR monitoring capabilities and support for ACES-based or custom HDR workflows.
In addition, Livegrade Studio lets you automate, externally control, or monitor workflows, such as MIDI controllers, user-defined keyboard shortcuts, or Live Camera metadata. Pomfort Livegrade Studio costs 879 Euro as annual subscription - alternatively there are also temporary project licenses starting from 219 Euro.
