RØDE has introduced the Wireless Micro, an extremely compact and completely wireless microphone system for iOS and Android smartphones. It is specifically aimed at filmmakers and video professionals seeking a high-quality yet easy-to-use audio solution for mobile productions. The two clip-on transmitters, weighing only 12 grams each and equipped with integrated microphones, come pre-paired with the receiver and can be attached to clothing or magnetically mounted in seconds. The GainAssist function is particularly practical, as it automatically optimizes audio levels, ensuring optimal audio quality in various recording environments. ;) RØDE Wireless Micro Wireless MicrophonesThe omnidirectional microphone of the two transmitters covers a frequency range of 20 Hz to 20 kHz and offers a maximum sound pressure level of 135 dB SPL. With a signal-to-noise ratio of 73 dB and a transmission range of over 100 meters, the Wireless Micro is also suitable for use in dynamic production environments. The integrated lithium-ion battery in the transmitters provides a runtime of up to 7 hours, which can be extended to 21 hours with the included charging case. ;) RØDE Wireless Micro The housings of the Wireless Micro transmitters are splash-proof and very lightweight, making them well-suited for outdoor shoots.
