Sonnet has introduced the Echo 11 Dock, a new docking station that adds a variety of interfaces to notebooks via Thunderbolt 4 to which peripherals can be connected. The docking station can also charge compatible computers with up to 90 watts via the same cable. Depending on the computer model and integrated GPU, the Echo Dock supports the connection of one (4K, 5K, 6K, 8K) monitor or two (4K + 4K or up to 5K + 5K) monitors. ![]() Sonnet Echo 11 Thunderbolt 4 Dock.
The Echo 11 Thunderbolt 4 Dock features four Thunderbolt 4 ports (with a maximum of 40 Gbps), three USB 3.2 Gen 2 (10 Gbps) Type A ports, as well as a USB 2.0 Type A charging port, an RJ45 Gigabit Ethernet port, a 3.5mm combo audio port, and an SD card reader that supports the latest SDXC UHS-II memory cards at up to 300 MB/s. The Echo 11 Dock with Thunderbolt 4 allows you to connect up to 16 devices simultaneously, two of which can be monitors. For example, the computer can be charged while wired network connections are supported in parallel and SD memory cards can be read. ![]() Sonnet Echo 11 Thunderbolt 4 Dock Interfaces. While one of the four Thunderbolt 4 ports is used for connecting and charging the computer, three are available for connecting bus-powered peripherals. Thunderbolt 4 and Thunderbolt 3 peripherals can be connected directly, and Thunderbolt 2 devices are supported by macOS when connected with an adapter (sold separately). More USB than Thunderbolt peripherals can also be connected. The Thunderbolt 4 ports then serve a dual function: they also support USB4 and USB 3 devices (including monitors) at the end of a Thunderbolt device chain when connected with an appropriate cable or adapter. ![]() Sonnet Echo 11 Thunderbolt 4 Dock. Sonnet&s docking station can be connected to any computer with Thunderbolt 4 ports. It is compatible with M1 Macs with Thunderbolt/USB 4, Intel Macs with Thunderbolt 3, and newer Windows computers with Thunderbolt 3, among others. The Sonnet Echo 11 Thunderbolt 4 Dock (ECHO-DK11-T4) will be available in August for 409 euros. ![]() deutsche Version dieser Seite: Sonnet Echo 11 Thunderbolt 4 Dockingstation erweitert Notebooks |
