At NAB 2026, ASUS unveiled the new 31.5" OLED reference monitor, the PA32USD. This new addition to the professional ProArt monitor series is aimed at professional production environments, featuring dual 12G-SDI, a built-in colorimeter, and full broadcast connectivity. It utilizes the same panel as the ![]() ASUS ProArt PA32USD The heart of the ASUS ProArt PA32USD is a 31.5-inch QD-OLED panel with 4K resolution (3,840 × 2,160 pixels), true 10-bit color depth, a variable refresh rate of up to 240 Hz, and a (GtG) response time of 0.1 ms. It covers 99% of the professional DCI-P3 and BT.2020 color spaces and 100% of the sRGB color space. It is VESA DisplayHDR True Black 400 certified, achieving a peak brightness of 1,000 nits in HDR mode and an OLED-typical high contrast ratio of 1,500,000:1. Each unit is factory-calibrated and features a color accuracy of ΔE < 1. ![]() ASUS ProArt PA32USD HDRThanks to ASUS Smart HDR Technology, the PA32USD supports all relevant HDR formats, including Dolby Vision, HLG (Hybrid-Log Gamma)—with both HLG and PQ curves—as well as HDR10. This allows for the precise assessment of content for streaming platforms as well as material for broadcast environments. Presets for Adobe RGB, Rec. 709, Rec. 2020, HDR, HDR_HLG_P3, HDR_HLG_BT.2020, and sRGB, among others, are available directly via the OSD. ![]() ASUS ProArt PA32USD Interfaces InterfacesThe selection of interfaces on the ASUS ProArt PA32USD is comprehensive: in addition to classic connections such as a DisplayPort 2.1 and an HDMI 2.1 input, there are two Thunderbolt 4 ports (one with 96W Power Delivery, one with daisy-chaining functionality) and two 12G-SDI inputs (compatible with 6G as well as 3G Level A and B) for uncompressed 4K material at up to 60 fps. Furthermore, there are two USB-A (3.2 Gen 2) and two USB-C ports with KVM functionality, allowing two PCs to be controlled using the connected keyboard and mouse. In contrast, the smaller sibling, the PA27USD, only offers one 12G-SDI port and no KVM switch. ![]() ASUS ProArt PA32USD Colorimeter Color ManagementAn integrated motorized colorimeter enables manual and automated hardware color calibration independent of the operating system, as the determined color profiles are stored in the monitor&s scaler IC chip. Supported calibration software includes ASUS ProArt Calibration (Windows/macOS) and Light Illusion ColourSpace CMS; Calman-Ready support is announced for the second quarter of 2026. ![]() ASUS ProArt PA32USD ErgonomicsThe stand offers height adjustment (130 mm), tilt (−5° to +23°), swivel (±30°), and pivot (±90°); alternatively, TV-style feet are included in the set. The package includes a detachable monitor hood to minimize distracting side light, as well as a metal handle for transport. A light and proximity sensor for automatic brightness adjustment and panel protection are also integrated. Price and Release DateWhile ASUS presented the key specifications for the ProArt PA32USD at NAB 2026, a concrete market launch date and price have not yet been announced. deutsche Version dieser Seite: ASUS ProArt PA32UCD - 32" 4K-OLED Referenzmonitor für Broadcast mit Dual-12G-SDI |
