If the rumor mill is to be believed, Canon will introduce another video-centric camera next week. As a spin-off of the full-frame EOS R6 Mark III, an "R6 V" is allegedly set to hit the market, similar to how the R50 V exists for the APS-C R50 camera. If the image shown on
Canonrumors is authentic, the R6 V will likely relate to its sister model in the same way the R50 V does—the image shows a more compact body without a viewfinder, but with ventilation slots.

Canon EOS R6 Mark III, R50 V
According to the rumored specifications, the R6 V is expected to feature capabilities we already know from the R6 Mark III, such as 7K RAW recording at up to 50/60p as well as Open Gate recording for anamorphic or multi-aspect shots. IBIS is also said to be on board, but—unlike the R6 Mark III—it will feature active cooling. A price is even already circulating: 2,549 euros.
As always, these are all unconfirmed rumors—the camera is scheduled to be launched on May 13th. We will see what exactly distinguishes the R6 V from the R6 Mark III (and the C50) in detail.
