Western Digital introduced new hardware at NAB, such as the world&s first 4 TB SD card (www.slashcam.de/news/single/Western-Digital-stellt-weltweit-erste-4-TB-SD-Kart-18525.html) and the Ultrastar Transporter, a solution for transporting large volumes of data. Beyond a certain size, uploading is not an alternative - the data must be physically transported. And in cases where multiple hard drives are no longer sufficient, Western Digital&s Ultrastar Transporter comes into play. This suitcase-sized device, weighing around 15 kg, comes with a carrying case and offers a massive storage capacity of up to 368 TB using TB NVMe flash SSDs and is equipped with a 12-core Intel Xeon 4310 CPU along with 128GB DDR4 RDIMM.
