Online collaboration in video projects has previously been limited to uploading, viewing, commenting on, and approving video material online by users in different roles. With elevate.io, the first collaborative platform has now been launched that enables users to truly collaborate online, as they can simultaneously edit videos in multiple tracks in the same timeline in the browser. elevate.io describes itself as a Video Co-Creation Platform, which enables working on a video project in a video editor interface and, in addition to classic editing functionality, also offers assisting AI tools, dynamic real-time feedback including comments - all in the browser in a multi-user environment with shared access to assets that are located in the cloud and thus accessible to all users. The system runs - in contrast to classic editing programs - in the cloud via Amazon&s Web Services and is therefore easily scalable and expandable. Any reasonably modern computer should be sufficient to use elevate.io in the browser - nothing needs to be installed locally and no storage space is used on your own PC, e.g. for digital assets - everything takes place in the cloud. ;) elevate.io In addition to live collaboration, elevate.io also offers the usual features for collaborative work in different roles. For example, some users can edit videos live, but also leave notes in the timeline, while others can only see the finished video in a player and comment there - depending on the assigned role. This starter model includes 5 users, up to 25 projects, 5 GB of cloud storage, exports (with elevate.io logo) in 720p HD. The Creator subscription costs 15 euros per month and includes 5 users, unlimited projects, 500 GB of cloud storage, unlimited 4K exports, AI Text-to-Speech, access to all effects and does not add an elevate.io logo to exports. Additional users cost per month and an additional 500 GB of storage space costs per month.
