I would like to take home a DVD camcorder.
Can I edit the pictures? How?
After machining, ... I can burn the material onto a CD?
Or rather buy brenen DV and then on CD?
Can my aunt in the U.S. view it?
She wants me to make recordings for them and send her. But (NTSC / PAL) have really no idea

Or what it recommends here??

Dear DV instead of DVD? If you want to edit the recordings of my Page out a clear Yes. But why only burn to CD? DVDs do not yet provide a much better picture quality ...

If you are an NTSC DVD you create or can play PAL DVDs (eg, with appropriate equipment or s.Computer) then yes.
