here often recur time buyers of NTSC on camcorders, who thought they could make a bargain by shopping online in North America.
And these buyers have purchased multiple problems with the device, because it just it is NTSC and not PAL. Perhaps you are coming over s.ein little cheap second-hand copy of a NTSC camcorder?
So keep your eyes open and hope that once again someone lands one bad buy! - Or Buy in USA online. ;-)
