Hello,
I created a video movie to a PAL DVD mgp.
Well, I can play this file here, of course.
But I want the created DVD in the Far East, where the standard is NTSC playback.
Can I have a PAL DVD here to create an NTSC country play on a computer?
Can I play the PAL DVD created here synonymous to a DVD player in a NTSC country?
Or do I have here created PAL DVD bringing before in a different format before they played in an NTSC country?
And if so, how do I do that, and, above all synonymous with what?

On the computer, it is no problem.
Whether it is s.DVD player depends on whether understands s.der Player PAL and b) the Television PAL OR understand the DVD player can convert to NTSC (For example, Cyberhome player, but a bit jerky).
