Pinnacle Version 9 and have had the recording source set to NTSC and sound, picture is ok. When I place it on PAL but the colors but the picture rotates without end.
PROBLEM: The colors will not be played with NTSC.

Hi Mark,
I use such a combined device (TV with video) that we have bought in U.S. to watch VHS only from Brazil (selbstgefilmte from our Camera from Brazil / USA).
I once tried other Programs such as Virtual VCR, and when he does it, but with PAL-60. Only it is not so hot, and the data are enormous - no komprimeirung.
Is there a solution for Studio 9?? Maybe a plugin??
Studio has PAL and NTSC have, it provides no color or even ground with flimm Picture.
