You have to answer two questions:
1. Which codecs Movs were coded.
2. If DV is material, you want a lossless conversion?
If you have those questions no preference, then take
http://www.divx-digest.com/software/mov2avi.html
If you need a lossless conversion of QT DV to AVI DV, you have to take something that only the header in the file and rewrites the data is not touched.

Then invite MOV file and export it as AVI.
Whether it is wirlich I can not say, however. The charging me with ISDN is simply too long.
