The Filmschipsel is 3 seconds long.
So the effect is due to the celluloid film. If the material stuck in the projector, or has been suspended while the lamp is burning, it has become so hot that it came to burn the material. As a consequence, bubbles formed on the film material and ultimately burned holes in it.
How can you do something?

That should be at least ine beginning for you.
It says to do exactly heavy compositing.
