Infoseite // "Matrix"-Effect reluctantly

Frage von kamerakinder:

Dear Professionals,

following problem plagued me if I want to cut them into Premiere Elements 3.0 material which is of DVD (Nothing copyright cannon, but as a Super-8 films that were already umgespielt times of Film on DVD):

- The "raw material" can be easily cut and import (which I'm usually so that I pull the information contained on the DVD files [*. vob] to a folder and then open in Premiere Elements)

- It provides synonymous in the preview window on your PC wonderful

- If the film is then rendered and burned to DVD, however, appears when you play in a DVD player an effect that I can really only describe the effect that it might look something like as if "neo" in the movie The Matrix at the end the bullets, beatings, etc. evade the agents. The picture moves slightly and that in a strange, jerky way and manner. It looks as if the next half frame already there, but the previous one has not yet disappeared from the screen. But that's just my unprofessional interpretation.

Have you any idea how can stop that? May need to be set a different frame rate? Or has it something to do with that data more than once or have been funny kompimiert ...?
For tips and suggestions I would be very grateful!

Field problem. Something you have been set incorrectly. I assume that is the problem with still images but only barely perceptible movements.

File 576i but would have the DVD.

Just as it is. Only when movement's striking. But: What can I do or what needs to be set differently?

Somewhere there is an error in your NLE, or you cause him to render at. Wrong field order precisely.
