Infoseite // "uneven" Zoom on Panasonic NV-GS27

Frage von Markus81M:

Hi folks,

for a week now I have my first camcorder, a Panasonic NV-GS27. As far as I am very happy with it, is a beautiful device.

Since today I have one tripod, and is now synonymous since the camera is now so extremely quiet, I noticed that the picture when zooming in a little "wobbles", ie it is a simple round-and-fro movement there. It is not dramatic, but you noticed it yet and I wanted to ask if I have to accept it that way.

If you use no tripod, you will not notice.

Thanks for all the guidance and greeting
Markus

Thanks for the feedback. Well, the thing I'll probably have to return ...

I once even made a trial recording:

What looks like a shake, the error described, the camera stands on the tripod completely vibration free.

Without knowing the specific to the camera:

Before you send in the thing, you check that the camera has enabled the digital zoom (is normally activated in the factory setting).
Because I do not know a camera, with the proceeds of the transition between the optical and the digital zoom Focal smoothly.
Perhaps it is indeed that.
Best in the menu of the digital zoom off and then try again.

I have often tested with and without stabilizer, there was no difference.

In my opinion, it may occur, but not a wagging synonymous (or precisely when) turned stabilizer.

I Do! Where now does not run as a warranty repair, but I had the camera only a few days ago ordered, so I just use the return slip and asked to defect for a replacement unit. I still dazugelegt a more detailed letter, including the link to sample video.

On the contrary! The Image Stabilization is designed to reassure slight trembling of his hands. The general Full Resolution Sample isch ja no change. With a zooming of image stabilization, of course, tried to reassure synonymous with the Picture. He, however, provides only up to a certain point, then there is a jump, because the display window has now changed so much now with the zoom.

The Recommendation (I know it!) States: For external stabilization systems or a tripod with panning, you should turn off the Image Stabilization.

So, as promised, here are the news:

I have sent the camera earlier this week and accompanied by a detailed error description.

Today I phoned there, after I had heard anything yet. Is no problem, I get a replacement unit as desired. Only it will unfortunately take a bit because the camera there is not currently in stock.

I think I should point s.dieser synonymous call the transit store, of which I can report only good things: It is www.redcoon.de

Schöne Grüße,
Markus
