looking for a camcorder for amateur film-making
The Camera should be 16:9 and yes unfortunately you can as cheaply as possible.
Sounds silly but as a student you do not have much money.
The macbook pro has cost me enough ...

Sounds good but, I think that's exactly right.
By Resolutionwäre HD editing in 3dsmax a lot easier, especially if you use Green Screen.
