Can you recommend a camcorder for shooting in 16:9 mode? Originally wanted to take only the Panasonic GS 180 I now read that the SIS off in 16:9 mode and now I must ask myself whether it's videos in 16:9 mode are usable. I would like to use any Tripod ...
I still want to take GS 180 od in 16:9 mode, so I will not be happy? Can you give a friend the camcorder would be better suited for me?

Look at the Panasonic GS280.
Which has an optical image stabilization (OIS), this is synonymous actively 16:9 recordings.
Amazon currently is priced at 589, -.
It is found but already synonymous for about 550, - on the Internet.

gibts otherwise still a cheaper alternative that meets my requirements with 16:9?
How siehts properly with the camcorders out of sony? which have a Bilstabilisator in 16:9 mode? eg the HC46E'd be as interested.
