2 small Short Film Scripts - criticism, suggestions, tips?

Yes, the title says basically it. One is an idea for a really short film ( "In the crowd"), the other probably better for a Short Film between 5-7 minutes. I'm still relatively new and while I appreciate every suggestion. Thank you!

Only on "Employment": Has a small Pontential tragicomedy. Obviously depends heavily on how well the guys will be filled and whether they will be in a position that is so synonymous across. The script I would take as an indication and a long, long improvise. This comes Bernd well, the actor in any case believe that a somehow unsymphatische role to play. Eddie on the other hand, must have some doubts s.seiner role. The embrace s.Schluß like me. Everything work out even more.
