Hin and her turn is always bad. PAL is 25 fps, NTSC is 24fps. Very important is the difference whether synonymous fields (i) or frames (p). It is important, therefore, what format you have in fact present.

NTSC is at 30fps (or 29.97). 24p is often taken for the "film look" as real cameras - out of a historical compromise - take up with this frequency (although some users overlook that for the film look somewhat more falls).
For video-cameras can be found more often synonymous 24p when the master device only a single frequency, because it can produce both as synonymous 25p 30p relatively simple.
