Infoseite // 24i/24p in 25p-AVID Project

Frage von Mauss:

Good evening!

here my problem:

I have a 25p project in Avid XpressDV v4.6 (no XpressDV Pro) Invite footage, with the 24 fps was.

Possibly both progressive, interlaced as synonymous.
Possibly, even hours in 24p / i rotated.

Was shot
- PAL
- With the Panasonic AG-DVX 100
- On SONY DVM 60 PR 3-Tapes

I use the SonyDSR11 MAZ via firewire, no Mojo.

The Project will be on that Avid just cut and will be finalized s.einem larger Avid.
I must therefore necessarily have a complete project can rebatchen, the TC must be reliable.

Many greetings!

PS. I did it with the search function here in the forum tried, unfortunately without success.

God ... Now I myself am very confused.

My Avid Project is interlaced of course, that is, a 25i Project.

Was accidentally (on miniDV) rotated at 24 fps.

How can I use the material (possibly several hours) without loss of quality convert 25i material?

Thanks in advance!

[was rotated with the Panasonic AG-DVX 100, is cut s.avid xpressdv]

Please, no multiple thread openings. Links there is a list with the last post. If you no longer appears there, just pushing the contribution high.

I'm with the AG DVX100 not familiar. But I know that this device neither a 24p mode (let me be happy to correct), nor that there is a 25i mode there. If anything, 50i. And at 25p camcorder. 25p and 50i material to convert ... what is this a question? That makes not the slightest sense.

Now, in FinalCut package, there is the Cinema Tools, with which the frame rate of 24fps to 25fps (and synonymous rates a few more) can change. It is synonymous with security in the area AVID such aids.

But look again at exactly what you did there. I think there are some basic understanding of problems.
