Ich hab mal ne overall quality question:

And when I get my picture material with a Canon XM2 (3CCD) Record, and then this tape in an "older" SonyHandycam trapped inside the material and then to capture the head of the XM2 to spare, while I have any loss of quality because the Handycam no 3 chips in it, or I do not capture with the XM2?

No, to the quality impact of this is not enough. It can only with difficulty playing, if you searched long play of drums or the head of one of the two cameras are not properly adjusted.
