Infoseite // 4:3 to 16:9 beamer

Frage von bassabus:

Hello!

I want to make a film of 4:3 was recorded on a 16:9 display without beamer s.der broad projection of the costs. ie, I do not want the left and right is a black stripe. There is a possibility the building in the amount of stretch, so the image above and below will be trimmed, and the full width is maintained?

I am not a possibility the software involved - the question is whether it is players or projectors, so anything can.

I think that 16:9-beamer the same opportunities in dealing with the image formats such as 16:9-offer televisions. So, no problem, the full width on Picture to zoom.

Whether the method is useful is another question. If the material is not at the point of recording to 16:9 gekascht, it is very likely that by the flat-trimmed half wegschneidet heads. A better compromise is mostly due to a slightly shifted upwards to select, so s.unteren edge strip off more than see above.
Ideally looking for one scene alone Scene s.and moves the cut when necessary. This is then really only by software.

but to me it is important to find a compromise, not on the cost of the correct aspect ratio goes. rather then the left and right less?

The "normal" procedure would halt, 4:3 in the original show, which means that the left and right has black bars (and yes, the same projector can be set up so that the picture the screen fills full width - unless , one performs the same opportunity synonymous nor movies in 16:9 against).
Possibly. know some beamer synonymous nor compromise the 14:9 format (ie, narrow beam left and right, and for a little less trim above and below).

Hmm, did you not write that the picture above and below quietly pruned could be? The bite is now with the statement that the aspect ratio should be retained.

So 4:3 content, I would on a 16:9 projector, in principle, Pillarbox show. By Aufzoomen to the full width is because I lost too much information, which may both heads and performs compositions spoils as synonymous sharpness is lost. In the digital movies will be projected in 4:3 format (a revival of the Academy format) synonymous Height shown in full and the curtain is raised to 4:3.

I ask because we are finally a short filmfest in our cinema was the film always prefer the full width wanted to show as in the correct aspect ratio. Our Kasch only goes up to 1:1.85 in it ....

On Player / Beamer
Zoom 1?
Zoom 2?
Zoom 3?
or so?

Or new Comp / Project and re-export.

If the projector or the player can, you have probably a better picture.

Not bad next to Kasch needed in film projection, because the image mask, which prevents picture on parts or even the soundtrack with the projected Kasch, first of hand finishing will be (individually for each room and each of Optics) and also not exactly in focus. Without Kasch would you have a blurred image edge ( "edge lubrication"). A beamer projected on the other hand, straight and sharp image edges, better have a trapezoidal compensation synonymous.

Hello!

Thank you for the many replies.

That with the Kasch is quite correct, but Beamer has always synonymous a "black-and-Projection" (as synonymous always refers to the professional). That means it is always synonymous maximum image field to see, even though no video is running ....
