I once worked with the 5D Mark II and when there is only one issue during the recording in Pal resolution.
How does it look for the 7D and 550D, which has since changed in that respect?
for that I'll never get what, it is always only about the DOF and sharpness ...

5d, the switch to 480p when recording. 7d remains constant at the 1080th you get full screen but only if no infos are displayed in the camera image.

good question. I have not tested! I only know that my external hdmi full screen shows only fast (with small beam on the side) when the info button on s.der canon all been hidden info.
