Infoseite // 8bit or 10bit ... where is the difference?

Frage von bright!:

Having me here in the forum already has helped more often, I still have a small question ;-) and I do not find answers on Google.

For playout of rendered files from AE via the DeckLink card studio seems to be the program Blackmagic Deck Control is to be a good choice.

I wonder now is whether I am from AE in 8bit or 10bit rausrendern aims. And where exactly is the difference there? It is exclusively in AE-generated animation without camera shots.

I'm a little hesitant in what size I should rausrendern. The Blackmagic software sees only "TV-formatted QuickTime files. Times I'm going assume that 1024x576 pixels Square is no such format. Since I am the whole thing as a PAL SDI letterbox must play out, I wonder now whether it makes more sense, everything in a new composition of 1280x720 (which is probably "TV Formatted" and to render the DeckLink software for the downgrade to make Scale or whether I have everything in a PAL 720x576 composition and as such throw rausrendere.

Would synonymous here for any tip quite grateful.

Look always s.Deinem target format. If you want to do SD and probably over a digital format (MPEG), then you will with an 8-bit format to do. Anders, if you create a computer graphic and it uses as a direct file.
It then proceed to television only a very limited sense-and synonymous only for special applications, in 10-bit (or higher) to work.
A conversion can be made different ways and not every firm adheres s.allgemeine specifications.
It adds that between Apple and Adobe in the different versions of QT and AE still differences may occur.
Therefore you should change the image into the target format if possible in the program, the content has created.
If you work in another, than the target quality, although to a pretty picture, but its advantages for a change not only not maintained, but may be synonymous with numerous conversion artifacts demonstrate that you then laboriously with Filter tries to cover.
The work in the target format has the wysiwyg advantage.
When the conversion is again important, with the quality that makes the software (algorithms used). That you must try, but a double interpolation (of your (graphic) format work - 1280x720 - 720x576) I do not really make sense.
