Infoseite // AFX CS4 TIFF EXPORT - Problems with color and brightness of the whole sorry

Frage von Koppen:

Hello

I'm off in my animation on a strange problem. Did the finished movie in the output module as a Quicktime movie (Still image jpeg 75%) and as a tiff sequence (LZW on) are exported. The Tiff rausgerenderten are now brighter than in after effects appear. The Quicktime is exactly as it should be. When I exported the sequence back into AFX invite and they compare with the edited sequence is (after play around with the Levels) at about 15% brighter than they should. Quicktime has the correct brightness. The thing is that I think the closing date for Tiff wants to send it to me now and a mystery is how this comes about. Is the standard color profile srgb. But other occurs synonymous with the same problem occur? Do you know how this comes about?

Antwort von Mylenium:

32bpc mode? -> Colors are not linearized in the Project, but for rendering, I would tap times. Since QT anyway 'nen Gamma has bent, you see the course because not ....

Antwort von Koppen:

hey, so the color is limited to 8 bits per channel. Is it clear with Quicktime and the gamma own, but usually it is because it bright? With linearized now I do not know exactly what you mean, or how because the differences between project and render are. Do you work in srgb, or rather in Adobe RGB. Because we would have at least a good reference. Just do not know how then is the closing date. Probably then picks back to srgb or so. why then should the images are brighter, synonymous when linearized will render?

Antwort von Mylenium:

Well if you work in 8bpc is always cold. is there way or nothing with linear. SRGB color space is normal, Adobe RGB would only take if you Uralt projects opens, with the corresponding color footage included (as of Adobe RGB versions were / are). Do you know a lot of light then the color twice somewhere? In the Comp and the rendering? TIFF can save something and yes in the display would then show the program again. And what für'n computer anyway? Mac? If so, the issue could be synonymous with the magnitudes a simple matter to your monitor profile - QT's attention, not your image viewer or vice versa.

So isn mac computer. I have basically never been assigned a color. always the default. Preview is clearly different with the presentation. But even in photoshop are brighter than the images in after effects. Now the diagonal. I export a single frame from after effects. pull back into the timeline and it is brighter. n ????? do I export single picture as a QuickTime movie and drag into the timeline, everything remained the same. something with the storage tiff's wrong. I come not behind.
