times I wanted to know whether it is possible to make an extra folder with a video DVD to burn with any name and any contents therein (eg,. rar files), without the scratches.
And if so, how do I do this?

only interested in the folder VIDEO_TS and AUDIO_TS.
You can more folders for reading on the PC to add.
