Adobe After Affects cs5 "max. Allowable RAM problem

I have a problem with AE CS5 (; version 10.0), which makes me despair after weeks of Internetgestöber ...
My "Maximum RAM" (; Edit> Preferences> Memory / Multiprocessing> Details) is, for any reason synonymous always set at 0.4 GB and I find nowhere a setting option?
My system: Intel Core i7 firstname.lastname@example.orgGHz, 12 GB DDR3 1333MHz RAM, ATI Radeon HD5770, 7200 SATA hard disks ... Win7 x64 Prof.
The 12 GB of RAM is synonymous detected in AE, only the allowable memory remains at 0.4 GB. Miscellaneous installations, synonymous to a secondary partion always yield the same. The same EXE files work fine on my other Calculator synonymous Win7 x64 Prof. s.sich ... The RAM is OK, even exchanged once before, Complete.
I have read on the net that tolls after uninstalling and reinstalling on the same system. Problems can arise, however, I found exactly nothing since been cut end for me! Is it s.irgendwelchen Reg-entries, or the like? One probably is. a completely flattening the only solution? The thing is, when it was first installed, it worked ... but no longer knows exactly when or under what plug installation auftratt it ...
Would clean cream, if there are a few helpful approaches would, or at least a few like-minded people, so one probably can. schonmal could exclude Kreterien ...!

Hmm, yes, yes it shows synonymous only a process that is ever funny. Starting for the services correctly (processcoordinationserver, dynmiclinkmanager)? Could be a pure permission problem.
