abroad (USA, Australia etc), the CS5 versions are sometimes even cheaper, is it possible to buy sone version and abroad to turn here or does it not through the activation of Adobe?

Would that be legally okay if my friend (teacher) and I will buy the "with" using? Is indeed a simple license. On what the calculator is on it then would be, but no preference, right?
