Hi, when trying to install some Adobe CS5 product as a trial receive, I this error:
The setup program has encountered an error during installation (and 20). Restart the computer and run the process again.
Restart does not work. I have a Core I7 with 6 GB of RAM, Windows 7 bit 64th
The same on my notebook works without problems (; synonymous with Windows 7 64 bit)

In the log file is
Exit Code: 20 - install source path does not exist
Can someone start so what?
