've got a problem with Encore .. And while my files are in mpeg format before, as he should have. However, it transcodes all the garbage, why always synonymous?
The problem is that my computer goes up to 100 degrees and is peeling off, this is a different problem (; insoluble) cpu broken or something ...
what? But if the files is already available in MPEG format, which he then transcoded it again, the bored?

Hi,
I once had the same problem. Encore works great if you have it get away.
So MPG is not the same MPG. Encore wants a very special kind of MPG. With me in the liquid is called the Elementary Stream (; full size)
Thus it is perfect. Encore MAY not transcode the video always comes out rubbish.
Here are my settings: MPG2
Size: 720x756 PAL
Interlacing: First field first
Frame Rate: 25
Bitrate: 8MBit Peak/6MBit average
VBR (; variable bit rate)
GOP Size: 15
no "Closed GOP"
Audio is handled Encore of synonymous and runs well.
I hope I could help. Thus for example, all I have done my tutorial DVDs. Depending on space requirements, I vary the bit rates. In the DVD I had to cut down because of the 150 minutes length to 4-6. Indeed, the picture quality but do not abort.

Encore is indeed a wonderful program that encourages me a lot more my CPU on which it says must be so tough to make hot ^ ^ and I simply have no lust every 2 weeks, pc suck out a cool, clean, new paste argh ...
