That your menu is greater than 1 GB will be I think the DVD standard does not provide for (all must fit into the first VOB).
And if you're not shooting with work in the background is the only legally impossible.
My advice: Ignore the warning and have a look to see what happens. Ideally, everything lubricated and how your DVD is small as usual.
