Adobe Premiere 1.5 - 1 video effects to disappear in 2nd video

Hi,
have the problem that I will represent multiple videos simultaneously on the screen. Now when I effect one disappears as Gaussian blur, draw on a video the other as long as the effect is active. The same problem occurs with some other synonymous to effects. even when I pull on a generator created with the title written nen effect the same thing happened ...!
