One anticipated questions should premiere in the "Premiere" sub-forum and not be in the sub-forum "make films". yes maybe one of the Masters Forum Posting move there.
Assuming all settings are correct (Pal 720 * 576) should be under the preview window (between the two time code data) is set to "fit" and are not some percentage.
Then the video in the appropriate size.

ich hab 'einpaasen set, but the video is still just as small display.

2 options:
1) Project> Project Settings> General> Adding clips to the sequence at the project scale dimensions.
That you have to make BEFORE you the video in the timeline draw.
2) In the window effect settings> Motion> Scale enlarge so that it fits into the window. This is synonymous if the video in the timeline is.
