Adobe Premiere Pro, In - and Out Points in Clip cut

Hi, (Beginners question)
I wanted to ask whether one In - car-and Out points (eg with a keyboard shortcut) can be cut, instead of the knife / razor blade with your hand / mouse to use.
Find unfortunately nothing about this ...
And if you then simply choose this cut as a clip and can be exported without a new project or display the other clips in the timeline to remove?
Eg Clip In - and Out Point set auto snowed s.beiden can make the cut area to select / highlight clip and export as a go.

Hello, exactly as you describe it is made.
In the timeline cursor s.den desired in-point set and I (in) Press. Then cursor s.den out-point and O (out) press. Then workspace marker s.die two points and move file to export. They do not forget "Only work area" sign.
